the highlighted orange keys show accents available combination of alt key , keyboard characters e u (on top letters row) , ` n (on bottom letters row). accent can applied associated letters both lower , uppercase. additional characters mac produce combination of both ⌥ option key , ⇧ shift key pressed down together. combination pressed keyboard produce different set or uppercase version of previous set in cases.
