hatta captured on july 17–18, 1948, during operation death invader, last operation of ten days period—the period between 2 ceasefires of 1948 arab–israeli war. following war area incorporated state of israel , in august 1948 moshav named revaha slated built on site. however, plan not implemented until 1953. moshav, zavdiel established in 1950 on village land, while aluma founded on village land in 1965. qomemiyyut , rewacha both close by, not on village land.
