the company started activity in 1973 name of isa (industria serramenti in alluminio). after acquisition - dated 1986 - of australian company permasteel industries pty ltd. – manufactured curtain wall of sydney opera house – company name changed permasteelisa. acquisition gives start international expansion, first singapore , hong kong markets, japan, china, thailand , malaysia.


the european market expansion driven headquarters in vittorio veneto, treviso, through acquisition of dutch scheldebouw b.v. in 1994, , german josef gartner gmbh in 2001.


at end of 1990s, group starts activity in usa, first pushing interiors fit-out business, investing on curtain wall market.
