on november 9, 2011, cogeco announced deal sell cfel-fm , cjec-fm leclerc communication inc., broadcaster owned jacques leclerc, local businessman owns laura secord chocolates , biscuits leclerc. sale approved crtc on january 19 , completed on january 31, 2012. stations delisted cogeco diffusion s website shortly thereafter. following transfer leclerc, station switched all-locally originated schedule , imaging, retaining ckoi branding , corus-era logo. station formerly used la radio des hits slogan used astral media s nrj network, though slogan changed after nrj s change.


in fall of 2012, cfel-fm adopted same current branding , slogan ckoi-fm, under license cogeco. arrangement continue until september 2, 2015, when station rebranded blvd 102.1 . station s format changed top 40 adult top 40 , offers talk morning show stéphane gasse.
