Neighborhoods Southlake, Texas

in 1990s when southlake began developing master-planned neighborhoods, minimum lot size 1-acre (4,000 m). later city of southlake reduced minimum lot size 1/2 acre, , later 1/3 of acre. these master-planned upscale neighborhoods began emerging on western portion of southlake boulevard. of larger upscale neighborhoods developed in 1990s along southlake boulevard include hills of monticello, monticello estates, stoneridge lakes, myers meadow, stone lakes, timber lake, southridge lakes , timarron, includes timarron country club.

in 2000s when earlier neighborhoods finishing out, southlake began developing portions of picturesque countryside luxury neighborhoods. of newer luxury neighborhoods include clariden ranch, estes park, stratford park, cambridge place, shady oaks, westwick hills, enclave, laurelwood park, villas del sol, palomar estates, reserve of southlake, coventry manor, autumn creek estates , versailles.
